Ingredients
Spaghetti/ Linguini Pasta
City Eats Seafood Seasoning
City Eats All Purpose Seasoning
1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
Parmesan Cheese
Plain Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Pasta Sauce
2 lb Shrimp size 31-40 (optional)
Spinach
Unsalted Butter
Step 1
Cook Spaghetti or your favourite Pasta Al dente 8-10 minutes.
Step 2
Dice half a medium sized onion and thinly mince 2 cloves of Garlic.
Step 3
In a pan, heat 2 tbspn oil and add unsalted butter, enough to cook your Shrimp. Season shrimp with City Eats Seafood seasoning and toss or turn until cooked. Remove cooked Shrimp from pan.
Step 4
In the same Pan, add more unsalted Butter and allow to melt, then pour Heavy cream, followed by 2 inch pieces of Plain cream Cheese and as much Parmesan Cheese as you prefer. Stir on low to medium heat allowing Cheese to melt then follow with your Pasta sauce and stir again to combine.
Step 5
Add Pasta to your Cheese sauce followed by Spinach then Sprinkle your City Eats All Purpose seasoning and mix together to combine. Cover and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Top with Shrimp/mix in. Enjoy!!!
