Orders/Shipping


  • When will my order ship?

  • Once payment is received between 24-72 hrs, your order will be processed within 5 business days not including holidays. After which it will be shipped.


  •  Where is my tracking number?
  •    

    Your tracking number along with order confirmation will be emailed to you granted you have provided a valid email address. Ensure to check your spam folder.


  • How long will my order take to get to me?

  • Shipping will take 5-10 business days not including holidays and may vary due to Covid-19 restrictions.


  • What shipping courier do you use?

  • Do you do local delivery/Pickup? If so, how much does it cost?

    Yes, we currently offer a FREE local pickup option at checkout. Local orders can be picked up at the House of the Caribbean at 101 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, BC, Canada with 48 hours after the order has been confirmed. We do not offer local delivery at this time.

     

  • Do you ship internationally?
  •  

    Yes, we currently only ship internationally to the USA, however, we plan to expand this option in 2023 to accommodate more countries.


  • How can I track my order?

  • Once you have completed your order, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel once it has been shipped.


  • Do you sell gift cards?

  • Yes! Gift cards are digital and can be purchased in available denominations. They will be sent electronically with instructions on how to redeem. Also, you can add it to your Apple Wallet.


    Returns/Lost Package


  • I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

  • We do not support returns at this time, however, all inquiries can be forwarded to cityeatsca@gmail.com.


  • Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

  • We do not support exchanges, however, all inquiries can be forwarded to  cityeatsca@gmail.com for our review and we promise to make it right.


  • I have not received my order and it has been 20 business days. What do I do?

  • Follow up with the shipping courier and if product has been lost or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, then please forward all inquiries to cityeatsca@gmail.com

  •  Why is my card declining?

  • First refresh your browser and check to ensure that all of the fields have been 

    completed properly and if problem persists please email your concern to

  • Once your payment has been received, a receipt will be emailed to you.
