Steamed Yu Choy

Ingredients
1 bag Yu Choy/ Callaloo
1/2 Red Onion
1/2 Sweet White Onion
2 sprigs green Onion
1 tbsp City Eats AP seasoning
1/2 Red Bell pepper
1/2 Yellow Bell pepper
1/2 Orange Bell pepper
Step 1
Rinse and chop Veggies.
Step 2
In a heated Pan, add butter and fill pan with Veggies. Cover and steam on medium for 10 minutes.
Step 3
After 10 minutes, season with City Eats All Purpose seasoning and stir to combine. You can add salt to your desired taste…or not.
Serve with your favourite side and ENJOY!
