Damages and issues
Due to the nature of our business, we do not do refunds. All Seasonings sales are FINAL SALE. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A clear photo, details of the issue and a copy of the original receipt will need to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving said product so that we can rectify the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, and personal care goods i.e. beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item by emailing email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We currently do not support exchanges, however all inquiries can be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be evaluated.
