Orders/Shipping
Once payment is received between 24-72 hrs, your order will be processed within 5 business days not including holidays. After which it will be shipped.
Your tracking number along with order confirmation will be emailed to you granted you have provided a valid email address. Ensure to check your spam folder.
Shipping will take 5-10 business days not including holidays and may vary due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Canada Post
Yes, we currently offer a FREE local pickup option at checkout. Local orders can be picked up at the House of the Caribbean at 101 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, BC, Canada with 48 hours after the order has been confirmed. We do not offer local delivery at this time.
Yes, we currently only ship internationally to the USA, however, we plan to expand this option in 2023 to accommodate more countries.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel once it has been shipped.
Yes! Gift cards are digital and can be purchased in available denominations. They will be sent electronically with instructions on how to redeem. Also, you can add it to your Apple Wallet.
Returns/Lost Package
