Pasta No Lobster Recipe
Ingredients you’ll need
6 ounces of Shrimp (31-40 size)
4 ounces of Whole Wheat Spaghetti
City Eats Seafood Seasoning
City Eats Seafood Seasoning
1/4 Onion
3 gloves Garlic
Half Lemon
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 cup Butter
Step 1
Boil Pasta and cook to al dente. Save 1/2 cup of the Pasta Water
Step 2
Season Shrimp with City eats Seafood Seasoning, heat Skillet with Olive Oil cook and cook Shrimp on each side for 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
Step 3
Remove Shrimp from Skillet and add in Butter, Then Onions, sauce until translucent then add Garlic and sauce for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add Pasta to the Pot, followed by the Pasta water and City Eats All Purpose seasonings. Allow the water to reduce before adding the Shrimp to the Pasta. Squeeze the juice from the Lemon to the Pasta and stir in to cook with the Shrimp.
Step 5
Garnish with Cilantro and ENJOY!
