Veggie lo mein

We started a new ‘Meatless Monday’ series where we share easy meatless recipes that you can enjoy using our products. What should we make next Monday?


Here’s the Recipe for this week’s Veggies lo mein.




1 Pack Ramen Noodle

City Eats All Purpose Seasoning

1 large carrot

1 medium size crown of Broccoli

1/2 Green Bell pepper

1/2 Red onion

Sesame seeds

Green Onion

25 ml Oyster Sauce

50 ml BBQ sauce

2 tsps soy sauce


Step 1

In a bowl combine together Soy, Oyster & BBQ sauce. Whisk until everything comes together. Set aside.


Step 2

In a preheated skillet with oil, fry carrots, Onions, Broccoli & Peppers until cooked and Season with City Eats AP seasoning.


Step 3

Add Ramen noodles and sauce. Toss together and let noodles cook for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with Sesame seeds and green onions.


Remove from heat and enjoy right away.
